Beautiful house by the sea, completely renovated, with spectacular views of the sea and direct access to the beach from the front terrace. It is located on a beautiful small beach in the bay of Pollensa, overlooking the Tramuntana mountains, Puerto Pollensa and Formentor. The stand is not crowded and with very shallow depth, perfect for kids.
The house has a nice terrace with barbecue and wood stove. On the ground floor of the house there is the living room with sea view, the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower for the disabled.
On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, each of which has direct access to a private terrace with sea views and shared bathroom.
The house is also ideal for cyclists as it has a closed garage where your bicycles can be safely stored if needed.
