Casa Voramar

The modern house is located directly on the famous beach promenade, the Paseo Voramar or Pinewalk called, in Porto Pollensa in the north of the island. In a few steps you can reach the beach and the center of the lively Port de Pollenca, terraces, restaurants, shops and the Royal Yacht Club of Puerto Pollensa. With its pretty sea promenade, which invites you to stroll and also has a lot to offer on a culinary level, this coastal town is particularly popular.

The house has been completely restructured so that you can enjoy superb and modern qualities in a privileged and unbeatable location by the sea.

Built on two floors, the house has two entrances, a main entrance on the side street and one directly from Pinewolk the sea, over which you reach over a few steps to the open terrace with its beautiful palm trees and two benches. A stone staircase leads us to the upper covered terrace directly at the house of the ground floor. The elevated position of these two terraces makes the view of the lower promenade more difficult. At the large dining table you can dine in familiar surroundings while enjoying the spectacular view of the promenade and the sea.

From the sea side we enter the spacious and bright living room overlooking the sea and the fortress, as well as the semi-open modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and with direct access to the rear terrace where the utility room is located. Cozy seating furniture invites you to extensively enjoy the spectacular views.

The first floor has three bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and with stunning views of the sea, the whole bay of Port Pollensa, the fortress and the lighthouse.
