The authentic finca is located just two minutes from the town of Pollensa exudes the old-time atmosphere. Throughout the house the original features have been preserved. The house is of course adapted to the comforts of today. It has a lovely sun terrace with loungers, surrounded by many shrubs and trees that provide plenty of privacy. Children can play with the big private pool. The large lawn area is practical and beautiful for children to play.

The lively and wide sandy beach of Puerto pollen is only 5 km away.The small town of Pollensa is a perfect place to stroll, have a drink at an outdoor cafe and eat delicious local dishes. 

For golf lovers: you are near a 9-hole golf course with spectacular views of the Tramuntana Mountains in western Mallorca. The Surrounding Mountains are ideal for lovely walks or for cycling tours
