The beautiful natural stone Finca Can Seguinot lies between the idyllic town of Pollensa and the port town of Port Pollença with its lively marina and beautiful beach in the eastern northern Mallorca. It is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean landscape, slightly undulating and the beach. In the places it takes only a few minutes, so shopping for the whole family is quick and there is more time around the sheltered bay of Port de Pollensa with its popular gently sloping beaches to visit family.

Ample sun beds are at the spacious pool area at your disposal and a large, well-kept lawn invites you to play and run.There are several outdoor dining areas, and thanks to the tree population you will also find a nice shady areas to relax and chill out. The former mill has been completely restored keeping the Mallorcan rustic style. On the ground floor we arrive in two spacious living area with high ceilings and typical Mallorcan sandstone arches and stone floor. The living room with fireplace has ample seating, plus there is also a second rustically furnished dining room. On this floor are still the kitchen, a large fireplace with benches are an original wooden board table and the bathroom. In an adjoining games room there is a table tennis and snooker, which ensure both young and old for a lot of variety. On the first floor are 5 bright cheerful bedrooms, two with double beds, one with three single beds and two with twin beds and two bathrooms. The house has a large private parking and barbecue in the garden.

Port de Pollenca

Port de Pollença is a place within the municipality of Pollença on the Spanish island of Mallorca. It lies on the Bay of Pollensa and north of the island. The village has a population of approximately 6,500 and the roads connecting it inland to the town of Pollença, in the south of Alcudia and the Cap Formentor which is part of the peninsula Formentor. Great Villa!

We Enjoyed this villa immensely. Full of Charm and character! We had family meet up from the UK. Ireland and US. Kids aged 6 & 9 plus teenagers. The pool was amazing. Plenty of Variety for dining and the grounds were beautiful. Ample fans in the bedrooms for sleeping in the warm climate. The villa is Between Pollensa and Port of Pollensa. Kitchen well Equipped. We'd come Back!!
