Description

This country house offers Majorcan flair and a large garden sphere with a lot of privacy. The location of the finca, nestled in the rolling hills around Son Servera is great: both various hidden coves (in Port Verd) and beaches, such as the km-long sandy beach along with promenade of Cala Millor, and the Mallorcan village of Son Servera with restaurants, shops and weekly market are within a few minutes. For athletes, the location is also ideal: the Pula Golf Club and the hiking and bicycle path "Via Verde", which leads from Artà to Manacor, are just 2 km away and in Cala Millor there is a card web and various water sports.

The 150 square meters of single-storey finca spread over 4 double bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds, the fourth has a large double bed), 2 modern shower rooms and a large living / dining room with American, fully equipped kitchen. The interior in Mediterranean style, the open fireplace in the living room and the stone facade spraying typical Majorcan ambience.

In addition to the modern bathrooms is also the technical equipment to the highest standards: German satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, wireless Internet, dishwasher and washing machine.

The outdoor area of 7000 square meters, fully fenced and secluded basic tee is lovingly laid out and practical. The 100 m² large and partially covered terrace area surrounding the 8 x 4 meter pool, adjacent to the house, with a cozy barbecue area with stone barbecue. There is also a pretty pavilion with lounge suite, a modern outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet near the pool and a lawn area, plenty of space for several cars, Mediterranean plants and trees.

All in all, a very family-friendly country house, but is also suitable for groups. Finca Catalina can accommodate up to max. 6 people are rented at a lower price.
