The private garage has space for a small car or bicycles, but watch out, the entrance has a height of only 160 cm! A car is not absolutely necessary, as steps through the alleyways will soon lead you to numerous shopping opportunities for your daily needs. For shopping and evening strolls at the Yachthafen, the chic Old Town of Palma is within 20 to 30 minutes walking distance. The entrance to the castle park for extended walks is on the same road. The beaches of Cala Major and the beach of Illetes with its beach club can be reached by bus in 17 minutes to 31 minutes, the buses run in 10 minutes. The stop is just a few minutes walk (Placa Gomila).
