The completely renovated townhouse with roof terrace is located in the beautiful mediaeval town of Alcudia, in a quiet area in the old town, two blocks from the Roman wall that surrounds the city and two streets from the town hall. The beautiful old town is ideal for shopping and strolling, and on Tuesdays and Sundays there are market days in Alcudia, where you can prepare your fresh produce in the modern kitchen or at the barbecue. You can easily reach beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcudia.

The house has a large multipurpose room on the ground floor with comfortable sofa and a TV and a bar. There are darts and a chessboard. Here is also the kitchenette and a bathroom. The house is ideal to relax with the family or with friends or to exercise themselves. There are two bicycles available for guests to explore Alcudia by bicycle.

On the first floor is the living room with balcony to the street, the modern kitchen with exit to a small terrace with barbecue and rear the washer and dryer. On this floor is a large bedroom and a bathroom.

As early as 123 BC, Founded as a Roman settlement under the name Pollentia , Alcúdia is the oldest town in Majorca. The town name indicates the great Arab influence, which still characterizes the entire Balearic Islands to this day. It can be derived from the word "Al-Qudya", which means "the hill" from Arabic and gives a clue to the location of the historical city center on a mountain saddle.

Alcúdia is located on the north coast of Majorca, just 54 kilometers from the capital Palma de Mallorca. However, the historical city is hardly influenced by a tourist infrastructure, but is a popular destination for day-goers. With its imposing gates, the well-preserved city wall and lovingly restored buildings, the medieval city is definitely a worthwhile destination. History Alcúdia

Numerous archaeological finds prove that the area around Alcúdia since 2000 v. Is inhabited. The economic importance of Alcúdia declined with the 18th and 19th centuries; it was only in the thirties of the 20th century that the Historical city as a tourist destination revived.
