The imposing luxury finca S'Horta is unique, impressive, dreamlike and spectacular. The building, which was built in the 14th century, was completely and stylishly renovated. In a prime secluded location, you can look out over the beautiful, gentle hills that characterize the coastal landscape in the southeast of Mallorca. It is located near the village of S'Horta, near the beautiful beaches of Cala D'en Marçal and Cala Sa Nau.
The traditional finca has sea views, spectacular living rooms, terraces, vaulted cellars and beautiful gardens and can accommodate up to 32 guests in 16 bedrooms. It is less than 3 kilometers from the Gulf of Vall d'Or. The three-story building is an old manor.There are olive, almond and citrus groves around the awesome walls with beautiful paths through the estate. The pool is located in the middle of the gardens and next to the cottage garden. At the house there are various cozy seats on open and covered terraces. Plenty of tables for up to 500 people can be placed at an event. We would be happy to assist you with the question of organizing your 100% private festival. The family-friendly property has an interior area of 3,250 m² that shows the generosity that can be expected due to the outdoor area.The feudal country estate offers a cross vault for festivities, a conference room, a library, two kitchens, main living room with bar and sea view, 4 suites with living room with bathroom en suite or shared bathroom and 9 bedrooms with bathroom en suite the beautiful atrium, which leads on one side to the current library or to the 3 bedrooms, all of which have their own bathroom on the ground floor. Two different stairs lead from this level to the first floor. On the same floor you will find the imposing cross vault for festivities, next to which there are two toilets for guests and an old kitchen with "fogaña", the fireplace, and a pantry with a wine cellar.From here you can access the south facade, the former old chapel, which has now been converted into a multipurpose room and is used as a conference room or an auditorium. Via the stairs "D'es Señor" we reach the first floor and are in the entrance of the first floor, from the wing to the south, all rooms have a breathtaking view of the sea. We enter the main living room with a fireplace and bar with a sea view, as well as the kitchen area and the dining room and a small living room with a fireplace. From the dining room we get to the beautiful terrace on this floor, with dining area and outdoor lounge, both with wonderful sea views. On the same floor, in the south wing, we find two suites with their own living room and shared bathroom, all with sea views.In the north wing we find two more suites with their own living room and two bathrooms en suite. From the first floor you have access to the upper floor, from the entrance of the first floor we get to the upper floor, where we find a very special bridal suite with its own bathroom and private living room with complete privacy, as well as another 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, as well a beautiful terrace with wonderful sea and mountain views. On the same floor we find access to the "private wing" with its 3 further bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and direct access via stairs with their own entrance with access.
A further 4 rooms are planned by summer 2020, so that the property will offer space for up to 40 people after completion.
The bridal suite is only included if the 16 rooms are rented or if there is an event at an additional cost.
The minimum stay is:
- July and August: one week
- June and September: 5 nights
- Rest of the year: 4 nights
The surcharge per event is € 2,500 and includes:
- Use of the bridal suite (if less than 16 rooms are rented)
- Cleaning before and after the event
- Person who controls guests' access to the private areas of the villa
- Cleaning of bathrooms used during the event
