The small finca is quietly located at the gates of Selva in the middle of the island and is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. To the center with its bars, restaurants and supermarkets you go only 10 minutes. Not far from the picturesque mountain village of Caimari, the house is close to the imposing Tramuntana mountains. The beautiful bays and beaches of the north and east are within easy reach of this holiday home, due to its unique location in the heart of the island. The journey time to the airport is only 35 minutes.
In a beautiful rural idyll and surrounded by a charming Mediterranean charm, the finca welcomes its guests.The small property offers a total of just 70 square meters of living space, but anyway captivates more by the exceptionally beautiful outdoor area with its pool and sun terrace. The owners of the house maintain their small estate with great attention to detail, this is easily recognizable on the first arrival. Picturesque cookies invite you to linger. A beautiful spot is also the covered terrace directly at the house, where it can be delicious breakfast or dinner. The brick barbecue is just opposite.
The heart of this finca is the saltwater pool with its blue shimmering mosaic tiles, a nice eye-catcher. It has a depth of up to 2.10 m and is very comfortably accessible via a staircase and even has a jetty and there is an outdoor shower.In the cool water, you can refresh yourself on warm days, and then relax extensively on the sun loungers in the sun. In the garden house next to the pool is an additional shower and sink.
